My stay at Hotel Espresso was a mixed bag. While the location was convenient for exploring downtown and getting to attractions, the room had multiple cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter some rudeness during check-in. Overall, it met some expectations but definitely needs improvement in several areas.

Rooms

The first room we got had a musty odor and a broken hair dryer. The second room was supposed to be better but still had dirty floors and some hairs left in the shower. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite loud at night. Overall cleanliness was lacking.
